Hey girls! just giving you an update, i had my strapping off yesterday so was able to see them properly! had 350 overs from empty 32a. really happy with progress so far, definitely have a lot of dropping to do but have had a good experience with minimal pain. ive uploaded a before an after picture on my profile x x

no problem girls! i havent had hardly any pain, i stopped painkillers from day 3. maybe an odd shooting pain or achy pain here an there but nothing needing painkillers for. i have heard unders are more painful than overs though as they cut through the muscle! but hopefully it wont be to bad as i expected much worse than it was xx

I had 350 hp unders yesterday and I’ve had no pain at all lol. And they don’t cut the muscles they just lift it ?
