8weeksPostOp-Sports Bra To Bed

Hey girls I’m 8weeks post op tomorrow was just wondering how long you girls are wearing your sports bras to bed? Or have some of you stopped wearing them xx

Once you ‘ve had your 6 weeks check up its up to you whether you want to continue to wear your sports bra to bed … i’m nearly 6 months PO and I still wear a sports bra to bed . After my 6 weeks check up with my consultant , I tried to go brales at bed time , but it made me feel strange …

I’m 4 months post op and still wear mine. It just feels more comfortable. I have the occasional night without a bra but generally prefer wearing it. X

Thanks girls, I’m still wearing my sports bras to bed atm I won’t wear a bra or sports bra sometimes and it feels weird so have to put them back on xx
