A bit of a personal question …

I was just wondering if anyone else is struggling to get in the mood for anything saucy with their partner since having their op? I’m 12 days post op and my other half has noticed a big change …. x

I had sex the night I got home from hospital but it was more to please my partner to be fair . I have felt like I want to but issues such as aches pains and constipation have put me off haha x

My bf hasn’t tried anything yet bless him! But I’ve been super bloated and minging til I finally had a proper shower yesterday xxx

Honestly that was the last thing on my mind. My husband was also concerned with how worn out and in need of rest i was. Also with 2 children to look after there was no chance. You are supposed to wait 6 weeks i was told by the nurse because of increased heart rate and blood flow.
However i don’t think anybody waits 6 weeks! xx

I’m currently in the middle of an argument. He’s upstairs and I’m downstairs coz apparently I don’t kiss him. And he makes me feel soo guilty when I say no to him when he tries it on. Thought I was the only one feeling like this! :(:(:( so upset about it xxx

He doesn’t intentionally make me feel guilty but I feel bad for saying no xxx

Dont let it worry u rachel, i had sex 3 days after and felt so awkward cos it was painful as i couldnt hardly move! Had sex at 13 days PO n my chap laid on me n squashed my boobs! Ouch!! Nearly punched him in the face hahaha!! Xxx

My bf hasn’t tried yet tho he has mentioned missing it. It’s only been 5 days ffs!! I’m bloated too & don’t feel at all attractive, & of course my boobies still ache a bit in certain movements. I know what you mean about feeling guilty tho Rachel, its not nice is it 🙁 I’m actually finding myself emotional at times & would love a hug but don’t want to give him any ideas. xx

I’ve never had much of a sex drive but since I’ve had my BA my hubby loves my boobs and is gagging for it! I’m still in pain o he’s got no chance! Rachel don’t be upset? You’ve had major surgery? I actually have a reason to say no instead of saying no because I don’t want to n him having a hissy fit! Imagine how they would feel if they’d had it done??? xxx

Oh ladies make them wait, or sort themselves out 😉 After being married 25 years six weeks of waiting was like a gift from God haha x

I have definitely lost my sex drive since the op and my partner has noticed it too, he’s become very worried – keeps asking whats wrong bless him x

Aww babe I felt far from getting sexed up, my partner even bought an air bed incase he knocked me bless, but they generally understand just need a prompt reminder every now & then that you’re not ready but it’ll all be worth it when you are 😉 hope you have an incredibly speedy recovery hun so you can do naughties 🙂 love xx

I feel the same no interest at all ATM until I can have a proper wash which will hopefully be tomorrow 🙂 I just feel horrible and tired all the time so can’t be bothered haha x

Aw yea thanks girls my mind has been put at rest too. After the argument we’ve had a talk about things. I think it does take a good couple of weeks to start feeling human again!! Slowly getting there! Hope ur ok Laura too Xxx
