Absolute Joke!

So had my re-op for laser lipo back 3 months ago
still no post op check up been arranged :/
first one I couldnt make cz of uni so they said they would
ring to arrange another, still nothing! not bothering with them
anymore. My op itself was bollocks! the nurses on the day were
bitchy little twats nothing like the nurses I had first time round kate and a lovely little irish lady
and my results now are only down to me upping my gym usage to 6 times a week and major dieting!
glad I didnt pay for my re-op cuz would have been gutted if I did!!
off to The Hospital Group on Thursday to see what they can do for me!
Steering clear of MYA they are a definite let down!

I don’t think this post is fair Hun! You have been dealt a crap card, and I know that feeling, but it doesn’t mean everyone else has to stay clear! I would get in touch with your PC ASAP and say you need your post op, and let her know your concerns once again, and go from there.
I also don’t think this post will last long as MYA mod will delete, so if you wana vent at someone, you can always inbox me, instead of slating a company (especially as more pre-op’s are coming daily! Yes they need a fair look on the company, but who is to say THG are any better?!), I’ve had two ops through MYA and hoping they will fix the second, but I will not slate them, despite the fact the way they have handled my situation. Xx

Everybody has good and bad experiences it doesnt mean its the whole company like joannabella said you was dealt a crap hand and its sad that you were and everyone will have opinions but to slate a whole company through a few peoples bitchiness isnt fair
I dont like the hospital group for my personal reasons but i wouldnt go and slate them
This forum is to help people and advise people that are going through the same situations and i think apost like this isnt fair on the people that have upcoming surgeries.
I personally wouldnt go anywhere else now but i have had lovely people the whole way through

I agree with @joannabella about contacting your pc and letting them know what is happening and that you want something done about it. I had a good old rant the other day out of my own frustrations (granted it was about something mya had no control over so not their fault at all!) but my pc got in touch and we sorted it all out. Sometimes the electronic diary reminder thingy doesn’t always do as its supposed to, but theres nothing to stop you chasing them up if you are due a check up or if you have any concerns. I know how frustrating this can be chick, but give them a chance to sort it. Call them tomorrow and see about getting your appointment. I hope it all gets sorted xxx

about what ‘pixiepixie1989’ said, i competley agree with you. i know when your mad and something’s gone wrong you just want to rant, but shouldn’t of been on this forum. this is for advising people, i’m considering having surgery with MYA and i was worried as it is, and people have been saying how nice MYA are and everything will be fine and this has just completely put me off now. but i know where your coming from, hope everything gets sorted xx

@Jessica please don’t be put off. This is a fantastic place for advice and support, but sometimes people do need to vent and the only ones who understand are the ones who have been through it. I see so much support here after someone raises an issue thats upsetting them. Since I joined I have seen so many good stories and experiences, hence I chose to go with Mya – sure there are the odd bad ones, but you find that anywhere. I had a moment when I thought I wasn’t being listened to (mostly due to the emotional roller coaster the whole build up to surgery puts you through) but my pc called and couldn’t have been nicer, and went over the things i was worrying about. My op is tomorrow and I can not bloody wait 🙂 Going to go to bed in a minute so that it is morning sooner 🙂 xxx

Dont be put off jessica. Sometimes people do need a rant everyone gets like that and its underatandable if you have had a bad experience especially when its surgery its emotionally draining anyway and then when things dont go right it does get you down.
There are a few unlucky people that get the bad experiences but if you look through all this forum the good out weigh the bad by 100’s
