Acne all over chests! What's going on??

Hi guys so I’m now nearly 3 weeks post op, and my boobs are literally COVERED in spots! Counted over 30 whitehead spots, what’s going on?? I am showering twice a day, does anyone else have this?? Also right boob has a dent and lump along the side, is this normal too? Really upset 🙁

Hi I have this at 13 days post op they’re not really acne spots if say mine are more like a spotty rash, like when I had my strapping off it looked like chaffing?? Think it’s maybe the skin coming out in a rash due to stress of change??
Like I know I always get heat rash n when I’m nervous I get rashes … Think the skin just needs to adjust … Obviously someone else may have a more logical or scientific fact but that’s what I think mine is… I wouldn’t worry x

I had this with my nose and boobs, mine was a allergic reaction to the tape, rash didn’t go for like 1month, just don’t squeeze whatever you do xxx

I had the same, its the lack of showers, they clear up though once you start get showers agen, you can try using tee tree face wiped to clean your chest once a day x
