Admission time??

I am due to have my BA in first trust Preston next Wednesday, when do you get your admission time?
I will be travelling from Liverpool and will be getting the train but the earliest train I can get gets to Preston at 7.30am, I know I don’t know my admission time yet but is there anyway you can find this out a week early? As if I have to be there early I”ll prob have to book a hotel the night before instead x

I got my admission time yesterday for Saturday x

I got mine last Wednesday for today. Give your clinic a ring and they’ll be able to tell you either. Good luck! X

They should ring you a few days before your appointment but if you’re getting anxious just ring them. My admission time was 8am but was two hours late due to traffic, this resulted in bumping me from first to last of the day haha.

Nikki i am a day case on 9th jan at preston and i live in carlisle so i booked the travel lodge for two nights for me and boyf £40 altogether!xxx

Will give them a ring if I haven’t heard from them by Friday.
Ideally I don’t want to have to stay as will be going by myself if I have to go the night before, then getting picked up after my op, but will need to look into hotels for night before just in case. Is travel lodge close to the hospital? xx

I only just got mine this morning and my surgery is on Sunday. x

I contacted my PC and she said the hospital don’t have the schedule this far in advance, normally 2 days prior to the op. Looks like I’ll just have to wait until Monday x

You may even find you get it over the weekend as the PC and hospitals work weekends. 🙂 xx

Yeah I think it depends on hospitals and stuff I got mine through today for next Friday x

I’m there next wed too and still waiting to hear. I’m an overnight stay. Do you know if mya pay for your train there as I’ve been led to believe this but just wanted to ask? X

I’ve not heard anything about having your train paid for so I’m not too sure xx

Oh I’ll have to ring my pc and double check tomorrow 400 extra for the over night stay seems a bit steep if you still have to pay to get there too. I know I’m so excited! Keep wishing the days away 😀 xx
