Hi I’m due to have my op on the 28th august, still yet to have my surgeon appointment to discuss implant choices etc which is on 25th aJuly. This is what my boobs look like at the moment I have had two children and with my youngest breastfeeding for 2 and half years, (only fed from right boob) from looking at my pic would anyone I be
able to tell me if I would need an uplift also please? Has anyone been in or in a similar situation to me? If so what would you recommend me getting? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks xxx

hi there, i breast fed all 3 kids for a while and i would say our breasts are pretty much the exact sam! I’m going with Dr Traynor and didn’t need an uplift at all. I doubt you will either 🙂
Which surgeon are you going to see? xx

I recon you’ll get away without a lift too.

Just bear in mind we get a bigger version of our own breasts. One of my nips is just like yours as my boy preferred to feed on the right lol. Now all my swelling has gone down it still looks the same, just with bigger boobs. Lol

“Lift them to where?” That’s what Mr Traynor said to me and mine were similar. You defo don’t look like you need a lift hunni you’ll just have implants xxx

Yes I agree with the others, I think they’re just bottom heavy (like all us breastfeeding mums were). Mine were similar with plenty of skin at the top so I had overs and even this early on, they look very natural xx

Hiya, I went my surgeon appointment very open minded I just wanted what would suit my body. My surgeon was Dr Lutz she explained that if I had an uplift then it would have to be with a small implant. To put my boobs back to the way they use to be it would be putting a bigger implant than an uplift in. I was very similar to you, she advised 400cc – 425cc overs I went with the 425cc and had my surgery on the 20th June I am really pleased as I am 48yrs old my skin is not as youthful so going bigger my skin might not have taken it well. I am pleased I went with an open mind, listen and had trust in my surgeon. Faye my PC pair us up after listening to us. Xx
