After BA When Can You …..

How long after a BA until you can go swimming?
Also how long did people wait until laying flat and on their sides? x

Six weeks Hun for swimming, you can’t submerge your incisions until the all clear from the nurse.
Lying on your front is as and when you feel comfortable xx

I thought it may be at least 6 weeks to go swimming. Thank you for your help hun xx
