Aftercare with the company??

Hey girs..

Had my first consultation the other day and I’ve booked a consultation with mr marcellino in about two weeks time so far so good the PC I met was absolutely lovely

Only negative points I’ve read about the company is the aftercare really and it’s the only thing putting me off ? Can anyone share any experiences?? Thanks!

Following as I’ve read these reviews too, the only thing thats making me question booking with the company 🙁

I haven’t had any problems so haven’t seen the aftercare personally. I’ve read some bad stories but I’ve also read some good. I think it’s mixed tbh. I would say if you think you’ve got a problem and the first nurse just says it’s all good and go home go see another nurse. That’s what I would personally do after reading some of the stories. Some nurses seem better than others xx

My aftercare was absolutely fine! My nurse gave me her email address and direct phone number so I could get in touch with her with any worries I had. Every time I contacted her she had phoned me within 15 minutes and even got me an appointment on the same day when we were worried I had an infection in one incision 🙂 xx
