Alcohol post op

I know they say don’t drink at all for 2 weeks which I’ve done so far, but it’s my 21st birthday at the beginning of August so I’m obviously going to go out. I will be 4 weeks post op. Do they say don’t get drunk so that you don’t fall over etc or does drinking alcohol actually effect healing/implants??

I had two drinks sat and I’ve been fine.. Supposed to be out this sat too but I’m guna take it easy xx
