All done!

Hey ladies, today I had an 8am admission at highgate for an uplift and ba. Was taken to theatre at 10 and woke up at 12.30 and its been great! The nurses here are so lovely and bend over backwards to help you! Because I had an uplift I’m an automatic overnight case but so far I’m in very little pain, just discomfort more than anything! I’ve had snacks so far but I can’t wait for dinner at 5 (steak is on the menu HA!).
I’ve got a tube bandage on so I won’t get to see them until morning… The suspense is killing me!!!

Just accepted Sarah! I’m having a few problems now 🙁
My left breast is extremely swollen and tender and my surgeon reckons I may have a burst blood vessel that’s leaking blood and causing the swelling, so I’m due back in theatre at 7am to sort it out (due to stuffing my face at dinner I can’t have GA tonight)…
New it was too good to be true not needing any pain killers all day!
The nurses and staff are being lovely though and on a positive note, my right boob looks amazing exactly how I wanted!

Thanks ladies, I had a had a haemotoma (blood clot) in my left boob but its been removed now. I’m still bit swollen on this side but nowhere near as bad as it was so I’m almost even now lol. I’m not in any pain really, just bit uncomfortable so still haven’t needed any painkillers and il be discharged sometime this afternoon.

I’m soooooo happy with them!!!
