All done! Drains help?

All done girls! Currently in hospital bed watching ice age. In a lot of pain, not gonna lie!
Can’t wait for the drugs to kick in. Having s lot of pain with the drains on my left side 🙁
Is it really painful when they are removed? I need to have them in for another two hours.. I can hardly move! Xx

Hopefully the drains won’t be so bad but they’re stinging 🙁 xx

Not going to lie- drains being removed is very uncomfortable- ask for painkillers before. They just make you breathe in and yank them out- it takes your breathe away. Dont get too worked up- its over in seconds!x

Plenty of rest and lots of pain killers! Xx

When they remove the drains take one deep breath out and wiggle your toes haha it does slightly help! Xxx

I’m ok thanks Hun, cocodamol is great no pain, just tender and hard to strain!! Getting a bit bloated though I see what people are saying!!! How are you? Still waiting for drains to be taken out xx

Youll be fine chick its more uncomfortable than actually painful. I has 2 nurses in with me and one held my hand. They just tell you to breathe through it. I felt so much better when they were out. Happy healing doll xxxx

Thanks Chelsea. The drains were the worst bit for me to be honest. They caused me pain & really hurt when they came out, but I can understand why they use them as a lot of fluid and blood cane out!! You’ll be fine though babe 🙂 xx
