am I allowed to lift my arms if it feels ok to??

I want to wash my hair and I can easily lift my arms and move about quite freely, am I ok tho if it doesn’t hurt or feel uncomfortable?? Sure i heard I wouldn’t be able to do most the stuff I can

I don’t know the answer but feel the same I keep forgetting n getting glasses n cups from top shelf!

i dont want to harm the stitches or owt but it dosent hurt so confused

From day one Iv been in no pain at all with my boobies it’s my tummy that’s a pain in the bracket. I do think its more to do with stitches though so to be safe I would avoid it if possible. Can’t your partner wash your hair over the bath for u? X

ive been washing my hair since day 2 etc i do most things thex say u cant if it geels comfarable and im ok. if i feel like im straining a little then i stop and leave it. just listen to your body hun xxx

yea i get it quite often think its pressure of the boobs n also.im slouching abit as scars feel tight when i fully stand straight so that dusnt help. sit down n get ya feet up. luc85 if ur before 6wk po take it off just r a little break but dont leave it off conszantly yet unless advised by nurse or surgeon xxx

Just listen to your body Hun and don’t over do it I got told no liftin above my head even when I went back after a week I got told still no lifting my arms over my head but I was ok doin it but I felt it later in the day and just rested and I was fine xxx

I have really bad back ache today (lower back) but still no pain in boobies alot of fizzing going on in right boob though lol. have washed my hair(with help lol )too couldnt stand it anymore. Also taken my bra off for half an hour or so it felt sooooooo good. xx

Aw thanks girls. Gonna wash my hair. I’ve had some weird bubble sensation in my left boob sometimes when I move. It’s like a belly rumble feeling lol

@luc85 you should change the bra as 6 weeks is a long time ! I bought crop tops from marks and Spencer’s 12.50 for a neutral colour and white their with the sports bras and non wired bras their do soft and their supportive xxx

Yep. Nobody Realises what we actually have to go through to get boobs. All sounds simple at first. And I’ve 1 bigger than other at minute 🙁

I didn’t have 1 bigger than the other but I did have 1 drop quicker than the other! x

It’s not a lot bigger but I can tell. How long did yours take to drop?
