Hope you can help ladies. I’ve been told I should have round under the muscle implants. However I’m petrified they will look fake where as I prefer the anatomical shape.
The surgeon said that as it’s under the muscle it will look natural and compress the top of the implant anyway
Do you think I should be more resistant or listen to the surgeon?

I think you should listen to the surgeon. They usually only recommend the tear drop to girls with a particular shape breast that need to have it. The round can still look natural.. I have seen such natural results on here from the round implants. Mine are still quite high but I think they are deff going to look natural. x

Before my consultation I was adamant I wanted tear drops as well, but my surgeon recommended hp rounds. When I asked more about tear drops he said you have to have a certain build so I’m just going with his recommendation

The round with unders should give you a very good natural look hav seen loads of girls on here have them and they are very natural looking. You haven’t got the worry of them flipping if there round then either xx

I had 325 🙂 At first I thought they were too big for my frame.. however they have definitely gone down a bit and I am really happy with the size. I like the mod plus as they are close together and the projection isn’t massive! xx

I was certain that I wanted anatomical implants before my consultation. However the surgeon explained that they will make my boobs look droopy as I have already lost fullness from my upper pole and so round ones will fill it out but anatomical will just make my problem worse. I’ve just had UHP rounds and they do look a little round at the moment but I’m only 3 days post op so I know that they have plenty of time to drop. Gravity will ensure that the gel sinks slightly xx
