Annoyed

So my original date for my BA was 30th jan and my surgeon consultation was 28th which was given to me. Then I have it changed without me even saying I can to 26th then they changed it again to 12th (otherwise they can’t do it because they’re too busy which I understand )but I can’t take work off that easily. Also my dad’s been taken into hospital for heart surgery so I don’t want to be a nuisance for my mum when my mum will be looking after my dad too So I have now had to change my op and I’m getting charged £150 for changing my op ‘twice’… When it is not twice! Also in my first consultation I got told a change of date cancellation fee was £50 then in a text the other day it was £75 and now it’s suddenly £150!nAnyone else had this problem?

I would call and say they best sort this out or u will be no longer using them. Mya made me angry aswell with forever changing Pre op appointments they only want your money. Then they don’t care aftercare is shit.! I had a dogface nurse and my pc not even called. Makes u laugh that we send sooo much money.

Yeah like I said a while ago look I think in gonna have to change dates as I can’t do these consultation dates you keep changing me too I have to go to work! The money keeps going up and up. My original surgeon appointment got changed and I got a text saying ‘you’re leaving it far too late before your op’…. I didn’t choose that date though they did! And now I’m getting charged because I can’t make another date due to work. It’s quite frustrating!

Ide them to give you some cash back then as it was the other way around they would charge you x
