Feel quite low today after such a high . 1wk post op and could kick myself for not going bigger. All that money,. I always told myself if I won the lottery I would have a boob job done. My husbands paid for it. I’m wearing my normal clothes and dont feel much difference. I look at them and now want to scream. Daren’t say anything to my husband. Feel quite depressed about it. Had 415 Natrelle . It’s my own fault no one else’s.

    Sssshhhh…

First take your bra off and compare before and after pics.
Secondly week two three and four is when swelling goes down and you get boob greed…they will start to plump up again after this.
Thirdly you are not wearing a proper bra once you get these on the shape improves and looks fab in clothes…
Fourthly…if you went bigger you put yourself on bigger risks of problems such as stretch marks and rippling. You can’t see boob greed…you can stretch marks, and rippling,

And finally you now have a fabulous pair of boobs…so enjoy them and don’t blame yourself…bigger is not always better…( lol only saying that cause I could only have little ones…@not really jealous. But in reality I have rippling and hate to think what could have happen if I’d taken the bigger one….
Are they much better than before? If so enjoy them don’t worry about a thing

Thanks Nicole , I know I can’t complain because they are a dam site better than before. I’m pre menstrual so don’t know if that’s playing with my emotions. It’s just with these sports bras I feel as if they are flattening them. Sorry for moaning and thanks for putting everything in proportion for me (no pun intended) . Suppose I need to get a grip of myself. Just felt low about them and how much they cost.

i still fit all my clothes apart from the odd top remember you prob fill your clothes better now i know i do size 8 tops used to look nice on me but now with my new boobs they look great as i will them out at the top maybe try a top on that you have a picture of you wearing before hand and take a pic of you wearing it now and u will notice the difference

Julie I feel the same as you at the moment I had 460 overs 3 weeks and 1 day ago x I think I’m going to end up a c cup if so I will be very disappointed . To make matters worse I’ve just had new wardrobes installed and thought right I will go through everything and see what fits to be honest most of it still does xx not much to discard also in my underwear drawer I had some c cup bras from when I was very overweight and guess what they all fit x I was told by the surgeon that I couldn’t be given an exact size but I 125cc is a cup size I was an a cup unless I’m really crap at maths I should have ended up with bigger than a c cup x I am hoping that they will change over the next few weeks before I get measured I am hanging on to go even though it is very tempting I want to have given them enough time to improve xx

Oh Emma it’s nice to hear someone feels the same. People say the swelling will go down, bloody hell if it does I’ll have nowt left ( joking) just had a different idea in my head to what I’ve got. My own fault so shouldn’t moan and have to be thankful that I’m better than I was. If it wasn’t for my husband I’d still be sitting in padded bras . I just felt really low about it today.

Emma there is NO WAAY you are a c cup!!! I’ve been measured a three different places at a dd but could still fit in some of my b cups…just spilled over etc ….so can’t believe u will just be a c cup.
I got measured first at 3 weeks and to be honest I haven’t changed size since then, still measuring the same at 7 weeks they have softened and drop since then but not really affected the siZe…so make yourself feel better and go and get measured at the weekend or before ! It will make you feel better and even if u go down in swelling a bit more it’s unlikely to affect the size much more….you may even get bigger!

And Julie I must admit in clothes I wish I looked bigger..with bra off I’m more than happy cause they look and feel huge compared to before and even with ripples look great! But I used to wear super boost bras…now I don’t and my shape is so much better ….I think it’s hard to get the size absolutely right…we all have an image in our heads…you got have felt too big with a bigger implant…some girls have! I thought I’d look bigger and can’t believe I’m a dd. When I look at the bra and cup size I think god that’s going to drown me and I put it on and it shrinks and I’m filling it completely and I think where did all that hammock material go! Lol

You have fab boobies. You have great results already at only a few weeks. You still have a lot of changing to do yet, my swelling west down around week 3/4 I’m now 6 weeks and now there softening and filling out. When my swelling went down I was like no way I should have gone bigger but kept reassuring myself that the surgeon knew what he was doing and that if it was too small he wouldn’t have done it. Your boobies look amazing you shouldn’t be disappointed one bit. If you had gone bigger you may have got problems and they would not look great then. Xxx

Ye suppose I’ll be better when I can wear a proper bra and get measured. I tried measuring myself last night and came just within a D.

Don’t trust the online bra measuring calculators I was everything from a 32b to a 30g!

I get my stitches trimmed next Friday then me and my husband are going out in Newcastle and stopping over night. Haven’t got a clue what to wear . Hope it’s not hot!!! Could do with it being cold then can hide sports brad under clothes.

I went to get measured and she was like oh you’ll be a c/ d. Oh boy was she wrong lol. I couldn’t even fit into some of the DD’s I had to get E’s. Those bra calculators are rubbish, according to them I was a c, best idea is try a load of difference ones on yourself xxx

Thanks Ladies. So glad for this forum as I’ve got no one to talk to about it. Wouldn’t dare mention it to my husband. He’s a star. I keep showing him them but he’s scared of hurting me. Even washes my hair as if I’ve got stitches on my head, dead gentle. Even sits gently next to me on the settee. Every morning asks how am I feeling? He laughs and says I’m obsessed, keep looking at my pictures.

hia julie just thought ide cheer you up I started an A cup had 410cc implants and im 6 weeks po wearing 34E bras, I look a DD, last week went on a real low I wanted more upper cleavage and I was moaning theyre not big enough I kinda thought it was going to be this massive dramatic difference in clothes ect and its not…however I constantly wore thickly padded bras so of course I was already used to looking this size before, the difference now though is it doesnt all disappear when I take my bra off now lol. when you put your hand over your boobs In a top just remember this is no padding these are my boobs now. feel free to add me ive got pics from day of op til now 6 weeks xxxx

Try to be patient, when my strapping first came off they were rock solid and didn’t move and I couldn’t get any cleavage and I thought they looked small still! Now nearly 6 weeks post op I’m much happier with them! They’ve dropped and much softer I can push them together! Trustme they will change so much over the next few weeks and always compare them to your before pics, you’ll see a huge difference xxx

Thanks again Ladies. You are a great bunch. It’s good to hear from you all and your own feelings about your BA. I’m hoping mine change over time, if they don’t at least I can be pleased they are a dam site better than before and make the most of it. Just been on a low about them

@Nicole if you don’t mind me asking what size were you before and what size did you have put in? Ive got surgery booked for 25th June with Dr Traynor and I’m looking at 265 unders – I’m very small though so expect I will have rippling – what exactly does it look like and is it very noticeable? Rippling and my boobs being wide apart are my biggest fears at the moment …..

I was a 32 a/b deflated from breast feeding . I had 310s I’m a size 6 just over 7 stone…was offered 310 and 340. Rippling is basically the edges of the implant that can either be felt and sometimes seen under the skin so you don’t get a smooth profile. My is visible when I lean forward…not too bad…if u google rippling u will see some awful examples…I had a fuller filled implant which lessens the risk…
You never know til they are in but the implant has only so much of ripple in it..so hoping it won’t get worse. Just don’t lose weight! @kirsten

Once you start wearing normal bras they look so much bigger and better shape.

Oh and mine grew a full inch from week 2 to week 4.
