Another day another worry :( :( HELP!

This thing out of one of my scars. Witch are healing lovely ! It’s been there since my op. But not at big….. (Going to try to upload a pic.) I don’t no if it’s bit of. A stitch. Or dead skin or I dunno :/. I’ve been cleaning both scars every single day for 4 weeks. Warm salty water. But what the he’ll is this.

Not working. It’s looks so small but it’s not. Not saying it’s hugeeeee but bigger than what it looks like in pic. Don’t have s clue what it could be
