You’re supposed to shower before your op with anti bacterial wash, not sure if many people do! But I was a germ freak and didnt wanna risk not doing it hahah! Also that hibiscrub… on the warnings it says ‘avoid contact with brain’ hahah… weirdest caution I’ve ever seen…!! It’s good tho 🙂 I use it now to shower with cos you’re not allowed to shower with soaps afterwards so I just use that 🙂 xx

I was going to the hairdressers to have my hair washed but it was getting expensive so now I just bend backwards in the shower so the shampoo n conditioner doesn’t run on the front of my body 🙂 they do tell you to do it over the bath but I couldn’t do it cos it meant leaning forward n was painful haha xx

I used organic tea tree body wash from Holland & barrett. It’s naturally anti bac & has no nasties in it. I’m 7 days post op and my boyfriend just washed my hair for me over the sink… The greasy hair was unbearable! !
