Any pics of 500cc post op from very small before??

Hey everyone, I’m due to have 495cc UHP overs on July 8th which is super exciting as there’s not long to go now!! This is the max that my surgeon recommended I have. I’m 5’9 and a size 4/6. I really loved how the sizers looked when I tried them on, but I’m just curious what they’ll actually look like when they’re done. Right now I’m a 30aa, so I basically have nothing. Any stories or pics or advice are greatly appreciated! 🙂

I’m a size 6/8 and had 450cc last Monday and they are as big as I wanted I did opt for 550 but I was just to small framed but I’m super happy they will be big I hope your will be happy with them when you get them I’m shocked you alerted allowed that big

Hi Victoria, im really pleased you have been offered such a big implant if you were wanting a dramatic change but if your a 32aa and having overs im wonderig where they are going to get the breast tissue from to cover them at all to prevent rippling, it does seem like a very large implant for your stats, i feel horrendous even answering in a negative way i have actualy allready wrote a reply once and deleted but then felt i shouldn’t read and run you were looking for advice, ive had my op i know the pitfalls better so im sorry im not just encouraging you it’s a massively exciting time! And if you have researched well then i apologise xxx

Hey ladies! Thank you so much for your replies!!! I know, I was quite shocked before. I saw a different surgeon a few months earlier who said that he’d only give me 325cc unders because “that’s what he thought would look nice” so this was a bit of a shock. I did actually question my current surgeon when he offered the 495cc but he says they should be fine. Also in regards to breast tissue: the little bit that I do have is quite thick and I also have a genetic condition that gives me super stretchy skin. But even so, I’m still sitting here thinking “eep should I go down a few cc’s?” Thank you guys so much for your replies though!! I’ll try to attach a pic of my sizers. Xx

all I can think is how jealous i am haha xxx

I guess all the surgeons have different limits they are prepared to go to, the only thing i would say is with those stats and that size implant you could require further surgery down the line (but then im sure most of us will!) Your skin may have a high degree of elasticity, mine does too i gained 4 & half stone in pregnancies and my little boobs turned to boulders and i don’t have a single stretch mark, but it wont stay like that forever, also im 43 so my skin is going to be way thinner than yours, i have rippling despite a 375 under muscle BA, your pics look fab though and despite the sizers being large i think they do still look lovely on your frame 🙂
I would just make a point of asking the surgeon to be honest with you and ask him roughly how long he thinks you will get out of this BA and is it likely that you will need an uplift with a future BA once the skin has been stretched that far over a long period of time, once again apologise profusely for questioning it and i hope your surgery goes very smoothly and wish you a speedy recovery xxx

Hi Victoria Rose. Your sizers look great. I’m also a 30 AA and wanting to go for 550cc when I went to my first initial consultation I tried the sizers on and I did love them. Although doing research I am thinking that might be too big for me? But then I suppose you will never know the actual outcome until it’s done as everyone is different. Keep us updated what you decide 🙂

Morning ladies! It’s so difficult deciding size isn’t it?! There are so many factors that go into it and everyone looks so different. I’ve seen girls with 400-500cc that don’t look big at all and then some with the same size implant that look huge! I think I’m going to phone my PC today and see if she has any more advice! Xx

I know what you mean, I’ve seen girls on here with like 500cc and their results are the same as someone who has had 275cc.
No I haven’t booked surgery, I’ve been to 2 initial consultations with different companies so I’m still deciding who to go with at the moment x

My sugeon said not to look at someone with same size implant as everyone is different and will have different results he said what will look massive on someone with smaller stats make not make much difference with someone with bigger stats like me for instants I’m 2 weeks post op with 600cc implants yet because I’m a size 14 they don’t look massive they look a normal size I don’t think your sugeon would of suggested that size for you if he didn’t think it wouldn’t work Hun xx

Morning Victoria, just wanted to suggest something that may be hugely beneficial to you, as you have seen 2 surgeons and both have given completely different advice you must feel quite confused and apprehensive, that’s probably been made worse by our comments particularly mine! But were not surgeons so we could advise all day long and it doesn’t really mean anything, i think going on realself would put your mind at rest, you will be getting answers from cerified surgeons and if your lucky you may get several answers so will get a good feedback of what the likely outcome of your BA could be, not sure if you have used it before but just google it, go to ‘ask a doctor’ if you can post a pre-op (obviously remove your face from the image) you will get much more accurate advice and posts with a pic attract more reply’s from surgeons because with a pre-op pic they can give much better advice, just state your stats, what you have been offered from 2 surgeons and what look your hoping to acheive iv’e found it a huge help since i hit problems after my BA xxx

Wow where would 500cc go? im bigger and only offered 350cc unders max. Of course im totally jealous as i begged for more and was flatly denied.
