    hey girls 🙂
    i was just wondering how long you left it before going back i absolutely love this as a form of exercise and dying to go back im 7 weeks post op and just had my first workout this morning just a bit of cross training to get me back into it … feels good to be back at last .
    just wondering if body combat maybe pushing it as its so hard lol xx

    Hey I go gym loads but do weights mainly but was told to have 6 weeks off… I’ll probably go start lower body after 4 weeks so I’m sure you’d be fine! Just get a great sports bra for all that jumping around haha x

    I do kickboxing and karate so think I’ll be taking months off just I case of injury lol. I’ll be needing to invest in a good chest protector.

    I do body combat, I did my first session 8 weeks PO and i felt fine but my boobs really bounced around and i didn’t feel comfortable, even with a good sports bra on. I suppose it’s just cos i am not used to having boobies!! x

    May try combat at the weekend that be 7 and half weeks ….I went to bodystep last night boobs felt ok just my fitness let me Down was proper gutted as normally so fit lol 🙁
    So nervous the bouncing will quicken sagging but mine were pip replacement and in 8 years of having the pips I only supported them in crop top and they didn’t sag so know they can withstand a lot 🙂 x
