Any recommendations to get the black sticky off?

Hello.
Just wondering weather anyone has any recommendations to get the black sticky off? I had my strapping removed yesterday but left with the horrible black sticky round my back. Tried wet wipes and another cream that I was advised to try but not working. Any recommendations would be great xx

Mines still on 11days post op had my strapping off 4 days ago! I’ve showered and tried to gently rub it off with sanex zero and a flannel… But it’s not coming off! Wet wipes wouldn’t work either! 🙁 your not alone, I’m just going to doing what I’ve been doing unless anyone else has any suggestion!? X

It’s horrible isn’t it lol. Not sure what else to try. Hoping someone has a great idea lol xx

baby oil and some elbow grease. Also try one of them mesh shower/bath sponges with shower gel. Best to get someone to do it for you. Does take a few showers to remove tho!! I kept finding it everywhere!! xx

Baby oil or olive oil, leave it on for a bit then gently rub it with some cotton wool, or put some vaseline on it, leave it for a couple of mins and see if it wipes off xx
