Anyone advice or similar situation

Hi girls, im having a full lift and implants after having two children they are deflated and saggy… I want the fullness back as iv always been top heavy on a small frame… After my kids they have shrunk.. I wear a 32e although I don’t think they look that big cus they just hang … Surgeon says the lift will reduce them by two sizes …. He’s giving me 210cc overs…. I’m just worried this is small and I’m paying all this money I was hoping. For bigger. Anyone had similar xxx

Its not exactly the same but I was a 34e and had a uplift, and my size didn’t change at all. an uplift is just removing skin, not tissue, but obviously depending on your individual breasts, the uplift will might make you smaller, I imagine they’ve advised to what you personally need.
