anyone had 385/415cc overs?

Im 34b atm and first chose 450cc but felt they might be too big now debating to go smaller, but dont wanna end up small. anyone else had 415/3085 overs??
Help!

Hi Vicky, I was a 34 a/b pre op and had 385cc high profile soft touch overs 3 weeks ago. I’m currently still in a 36E sports bra but I should settle to 34 D/DD hopefully in a few weeks . I’ve no piccies up at the mo though as I’ve still not got round to it ! They’re a nice size in that they’re not too big and not too small but I am hoping they shrink a little bit more than the size they are at the mo xx

aw that sounds like a perfect size, i had dd/e in mind.
iv been indecisive for a while but think im decided now
what size sports bra did u buy for after the op?
and hav u any recommendations on which tyoe to buy?

I bought the 36E for wearing after my op to accommodate the swelling and it was perfect. I bought the same bra,as it is so comfy ,in a 34DD a couple of weeks ago but it is too small at the mo and was hurting my tender boobs so I’m back in the bigger one for now. The sore ness is much better now so I’m going to try the smaller one again this week.

I bought the Gorgeous black sports bra from Debenhams online. It’s edged in pink and is currently on offer or it was at the weekend. It also comes in white and blue. It has adjustable straps too so you make sure the bra band doesn’t irritate your incision scars. I personally love it and have bought 3 of them!

Hi vicky, I hope your ok. I was 34 loose C and I had 415cc fitted. I’m currently in a 36e. I’m week3 PO and my boobs shave slightly dropped and softened but I feel like they shrunk a little and first and now appear to be growing. I will try and add some piccs this week if you would like to add me. oh and I ave 3 front zip up bras from m&s and I love them as so easy to get in and out of especially after the op. They come in black and grey, black and leopard , White and pink and bright pink. So comfy although now at week 3 I cantvwait to get it off x

Hi Hun I had 385 in one boob and 415 in the other, I was about 38b before, I measure a 36f now however 38DD fits so that’s what I wear, hope this helps x
