Hi girls, I’m new to this so not really sure how it works lol. I’m stuck on what seems to be a common pre-op decision of size!! Don’t know whether to go for 385 high profile over the muscle or 415 high profile under the muscle both in semi-natural as I like the fuller cleavage but not overly fake looking. This and the thoughts on recovery are making me nervous…I’m booked for 24/9. I have to be discreet because my family don’t know lol. I’m 5ft2 and around 9.7st with a current empty 34b .. Any comment or help and pictures of similar stats would be very much appreciated!! Thanks xx

hi, i too am new to this but this is my 2nd BA I would say from your weight and height I would go with unders 415…only because they will swell up after surgery then slightly deflate after settling. I had 425cc saline unders which took me from 32a to 32dd, then i just had 700cc silicone unders which look like a small f cup i’m 5’1 7 stones so it will look big on me but prob a little smaller on you…go with the 415cc you won’t regret it x

Thank you, that’s really helpful, everyone I know who’s had a ba all say they wish they had gone bigger which is why I’m pushing more towards the 415. Iv got mr chantrasak, he was quite slap dash and straight to the point but apparently specialises more on natural sizes which is good but he first suggested a 360 but after trying them in that flattery bra they give you (NOT) I didn’t see much of a difference. I know it’s impossible to describe exactly but on a scale of 1-10 how bad is the pain and recovery? Thank you for your help!! X

lol funny you should ask about Pain…I’M IN IT RIGHT NOW! everyone is different hun, i have read so many messages which say different things and i guess it depends on the individual, my first BA was 50% pain, this time round.. 90% pain so you can imagine what i’m going through now, it’s all new to me as i had my first BA 10years ago so it’s almost like a new experience. Just keep on top of the painkillers and do not lift a flippin thing!! my fiance had to pull up my trousers when i went loo etc thats how careful i’ve been x

Omg lol! Well I’m at a bit of a disadvantage because I’m going to have to go through recovery very discretely because my family don’t know and I work for the family business selling furniture. I’m going to have to play very very lazy for the first 6 weeks and get my sister to cover for me. Did you go over or under the muscle? Xx

oh wow, unders hun…just a word of advice you may not be able to hide the fact you just had surgery…its a major op you will be out of it for days think about telling someone in the family…

I’m 2 days post op and not very well, pain is okay just very stiff and I seem to be walking very slow! But the worst part for me is how sick I feel, I haven’t taken the painkillers prescribed for me but I feel really unwell which is quite common apparently for the first couple of days. I seem to keep just drifting off to sleep as well which is odd. I would think about telling family cause you just don’t know how you are going to be feeling. There’s no way I could cope or pretend like I hadn’t had surgery just yet. Good luck with ur op 🙂 x

I have told my mum and my sister and they will be able to help its jut the men in my family that have a very narrow minded way of looking at things. I’m just torn between the 2 different sizes because I don’t want to look like a Dolly Parton with a very top heavy appearance? Hope u feel better soon, iv been on the Cambridge diet but decided to start a healthy diet to get nutrients for healing x

    Hi Lucy
I’m having 415cc high profile under the muscle tomorrow so anything you need to ask just fire away. I’m mega excited for my new boobies, bet you are too :))

Lol no probs. I’m a 32/34 A at the moment, 5ft 4 and size 10. I’ve been looking at loads of photos to get an idea of what I want and I’m hoping I’ve chose correctly but I’m sure I have. I took a picture of Amy child’s to my surgeon consultation lol and said “this is what I want”, however I’m not under any illusions that they will look exactly like that. I’m just going to be happy that I’ve got some boobs for a change , so any things a bonus.
Lucy just look at plenty of pictures and you will make the right decision xx

Based on what u hav said i would say overs…my recovery was really easy and from
Day 1 i could pretty much do everything! I had 385cc overs and started as a 34b too! Currently measuring 34E at 5 weeks post op! I am so happy with mine, they look really natural, and im a teacher so was worried about people knowing but not 1 person at work has mentioned/questioned it! If u want to add me u can hav a look at my pics, might help a little 🙂 xx

Thanks so much for the help girls, there’s so many conflicting opinions isn’t there! It’s like the debate of over vs under alot of people thing that unders are less likely to sag? I have hardly any breast tissue. But have lost 3 stone so I’m a slightly deflated 34b! I think it’s so nerve racking making sure we make the right choices! Xx

i have heard that unders are less likely to sag too thats what dr singh told me so i’m pretty sure he knows his stuff…have you spoken to several surgeons or just the one?

To be honest, the scarring was a big concern for me so I went with dr chantrasak. He was the only surgeon due to his use of stitches resulting in less scarring. I do kind of like the upper round cleavage look I just want to avoid looking overly large. I’m pulling more towards the 415 because everyone says they wish they went bigger but the thought of being an E cup frightens the life out of me! Xx
