Anyone having surgery at fitzroy 24th feb?

I’m having my op the 24th. I’m beginning to feel so nervous now. I seen some girls on here found out their admission time 4 days before. So I rang today but no luck they said I would find out Monday. I’m having Dr marcellino. He has said overs 375,400 or 425. I’m still undecided. I’m a 34A at the moment. Any advice would be great and pics please. Nerves are definitely kicking in. Xx

Hey, yeah the not knowing is driving me insane haha, I’m a day case and from what I gather I think admission time is earlier but could be wrong ?, I’m hoping it’s not too late haha, I’m having 375-400cc depending on what he thinks looks better, I’m going to say if he can get the 400 in then to go for it ?, are you staying in hun? Xx

Are yours unders or overs ? And You what profile? 🙂 I’m having overs really worried about rippling though. I’m a day case as well. That why I really want my admission time so I can sort out transport and maybe a hotel near by Xx

Hey ?, of course I will love as soon as I get mine I will let you know, I’m hoping as day cases we will be earlier rather than later so fingers crossed haha, I’m 5,7 … 9 stone and 34 a hoping to achieve a d-dd, I’m having unders and really hoping it’s not going to be mega painful haha but hey ho will be worth it in the end ☺️, I’m staying in a hotel the night before the op and the night of the op traveling by train, do you have far to travel ? Xx

@leilaj Thank you. Yeh I’m hoping it isn’t in the afternoon either. Are you nervous? I live an hour away on the train I was going to get a train home but the nurse said not to. What about you? I’m worried about going under and if they turn out wrong or something. I’m an A cup as well so was confused about why I’d have overs as little breast. So hope I don’t get rippling. What post op bras have you bought? I’ve got two Macoms and an asda one. Im a 34A so I bought a 34DD as swelling. Wasn’t sure whether to get a bigger back size or not. Xx

Hey, I’m not feeling nervous yet I think it will kick in when I get the time and also the morning of the op, did you buy antibacterial body wash I found it quite tricky to find, I am happy about going under because I don’t have much breast tissue either but you must have more than me for him to say overs to you, he definitely seemed to know what he was talking about to me I felt really comfortable with him, although I’m slim I’ve got quite a broad rib cage and shoulders so that might of influenced him suggesting unders too ?, he mentioned rippling to me if I went over so he must of really thought that overs were best for you, try not to worry hun, when you see him the morning of the op just say that your worried about it and I’m sure he will reassure you ?, I live about two and a half hours away and am going back by train the day after the nurse said if I could get a lift that would be better but I can’t so have to go by train, I’ve got a macom size 34 and I’ve bought various other sports bras was told to get a d-dd the macoms are meant to be really good though so if I like it will buy another, are you feeling nervous xx

@leilaj yeh once we find out our times it’ll all be so really. Yeh I got some detol anti bacterial soap from savers 🙂 yeh he was really nice and defo knew what he was talking about. I’ll just have to go with it and trust his judgement. Yeh I might just speak to him again on the day for reassurance. Oh that’s good then. Have you got a hotel near by ? I’m going to book one when I find out the time so I know it’s for definite. seen on here some girls getting cancelled before. If it’s too expensive though someone will drive me home. Yeh heard a lot of good things about Macoms 🙂 yeh feeling really nervous now it’s gone so quick. I think it’s not knowing what they’ll turn out like xx

Ooh yeah I’ve read some stories on here also about girls being cancelled ?, I really hope that’s not the case I’ve had to arrange everything for this date, if I haven’t heard by about three tomorrow will give them a ring, yeah I’m staying in a hotel about 6 minutes away from the hospital it’s called the Wesley, and yeah I would just say to him if I was you especially if your nervous about rippling and he will tell you why overs are better for you and you will feel all good before going down ?, I’m hoping the wait isn’t too long from admission time I’ve seen some girls have waited four hours plus ?, fingers crossed for you that if you need to stay in a hotel they will have some cheap late availability for you hun xx

I’ve got my op on the 23rd (tomorrow!!) and haven’t been given my admission time yet!! Hopefully they’ll phone me this morning. I’m starting to get really nervous now but I’m so excited!!! I’m a 34A and getting 375cc aswell. Hope it all goes well xxx

Hi girls. Any luck with your admission time? I’m stressing. My PC phoned today and said they’d lost my signature for my implants and Dr marcellino is in Italy till tomorrow. I said so what’s going to happen. .. I’ve got to have a phone call with him to confirm I agree. Don’t know what time he’s back tomorrow or anything. I hope it still goes ahead 🙁 not fair how it gets left so late. Xx. @leilaj have you heard anything yet ? @francreasey hopefully you find out ASAP. Xx

I can imagine how stressed you must be feeling especially to hear that so near to the op day, at least you can speak with him and everything will be ok, but annoying he’s out of the country and no set time to expect a call, try not to worry hun, Ive just rang and was told the hospital hadn’t released the times yet but was expected to do so by end of today so should hear something by 7, and would be a text and email, fingers crossed xx

@leilaj I know it’s making me panick. Hope he isn’t back too late tomorrow. Need to arrange things still. Oh really hopefully you can get yours today then. I might contact them at 7 again to see if they can give me mine. Doubt it though if they haven’t got the signature xx

@francreasey have you got your admission time now?! I’m having my op at the Fitzroy tomorrow and got my admission time through this afternoon, 7.30 am! X

@suzannec · I’m really not surprised that it is, I would be the same, so can they not give you a time just because of the signature?? How annoying ?, I really hope you get it although saying that I haven’t received anything so far and it’s basically 7 now ? Let me know what they say if you ring xx

@leilaj no they said they need the signature even though I have already signed. I said how can I do that then and then they said they can do a phon call but don’t know when he’ll be back :/ still no time. Looks like we’ll be finding out tomorrow. ? xx

@suzannec no she called him this morning and we spoke, so all sorted but she said she will call back with admission time and never heard nothing! It’s weird how both our papers didn’t have a signature don’t u think? I’m getting a bit worried and peed off tbh! Xx

That’s odd at first I was told I’d get a call today and then they called back and said it’ll have to be tomorrow because it’s hard to get in contact with him as he’s away. Yeh definitely. Doesn’t sound right to me. Do you remember signing that paper as well? It’s not fair doing it to people after paying all the money. Yeh she said he is Italy. Yes hun I remember signing the paper too! This is really bad service from my! I called loads today too, trying yo get my admission time! In fact I called Friday too but nobody mentioned to me about this so called unsigned paper work! I am really not happy with this at all, think I’ll be putting a complaint in! @suzannec xx

Yeh Same with me I rang Friday and Saturday and didn’t mention anything :/ so disappointed everything was going well. How can you put a complaint in? Just to cloe?

hey girls, really hoping everything is sorted today, it’s not good so close to the actual day and everything being so confusing, we should all be excited right now not wondering what’s going on ?.. I had an email a few weeks back saying about my signature for the implants and it was sent out in the post for me to sign with a return envelope, so god knows what’s actually going on with the paperwork ?, this should definitely of been picked up on with you both before now, xx

I’ve had the exact same thing with the signatures this afternoon and my ba is Monday. They said they have no signed paperwork but I signed tuns. She’s said come down tomorrow but that’s really not doable to travel there again with all the expenses mounting up! Did you get your phone call from him? I’ve asked if I could do that but no reply yet.

Although I do have my admission time. Also with the same surgeon. Let us know how it goes!!

Hi everyone Cloe emailed me saying don’t worry about the call think he was too busy so she said I can sign it tomorrow morning. I said hope I don’t get canceled as its not signed then she said everything will be okay. Try not to worry Jessica as least you’ve got sometime to sort it just keep ringing them and try push them for a call as its not fair going there just for a signature. @lottiecurd

@suzannec, sorry for long reply I got an early night, I’m just going in jogging bottoms and a zip up hoodie so I can get dressed easier after haha, and slipper socks and bras that’s about it, I’m starting to feel nervous now haha, all the best everyone xx

Im feeling really nauseous for some reason this morning, got a sick bucket handy just in case!
Yeah my nurse put my macom on over my strapping too, she said to keep it on constantly for 6 weeks x

@abiw yeh I’m home now Hun. Aw bless you I felt sick yesterday think it comes and goes doesn’t it. Hopefully you feel a bit better soon. Okay that’s good just wasn’t sure if was meant to have it on with the strapping as well. What size did you get again? And overs or unders? @suzannec good, you got someone looking after you?
I got 450cc and 500cc partials, I wouldn’t worry about them looking small atm because you’ve gotta think they’re strapped down and compressed by your bra too – plus they’ve got lots of dropping and fluffing to do! Xxx

@suzannec if you aren’t already, get following some boob accounts on instagram where you see their progress pics with the drop and fluff process, it really helped me see how much changing our new boobs have got to do xx

@abiw my mum is looking after me what about you? Are you still feeling sick? I keep nodding off. Feel so stiff like my arms and everything. Yeh that’s true. Will see how they are when I get the strapping off. Xxx

@suzannec that’s good then 🙂 my boyfriend is looking after me but he had to go back to work today (POD 2). He’s a sweetie tho and has been helping me get my dvt stockings on and off and basically waiting on me.
Nah the sickness went after a couple of hours, then I stupidly tried to wait longer before taking more pain meds in an attempt to not be constipated any more. The pain isn’t worth it! I shall be taking my pain meds every 4 hours on the dot now haha xx

@abiw i know I have been trying to take anti biotics soon as at first I left it but going to do 4 hours as well. Did you get arnica tablets? I haven’t managed to go toilet either haha :/.

Hey girls, op went well, Felt the pain as soon as I came round, still in a lot of discomfort now ?, really stiff after sleeping, and so itchy atm it’s horrible, I have my macom on but was quite uncomfortable to get on at first, needing lots of help to do everything ?, fingers crossed will start to get better soon, how are you feeling now @francreasey · xx
