Jessica are you having overs or unders? I lift weights and I’m having overs same day as you and was hoping to go back beginning of January but might be too soon x

Hey hun – I weight train also – having a gym installed in my house and can’t wait to get back to training after my op – I’m going in Friday but my BF who’s a personal trainer says it’s best to wait 8-10 weeks 🙁 waaaaaaaaah!!! – having 400cc partials…

    I think def wait!!
I do weights and think it best to just holding off rather than risking a injury
I will want to get back but am prepared to wait xxx

Hi hun I’m 2 days post op and I’m struggling as told not to work out for a least 6 weeks omg

I wanted under the muscle implants but Dr mounir has gone over my muscle as he said my chest muscle are very high and I would have had a fake look which I really didn’t want. Think it’s easier and quicker recovery over the muscle so I hope that 6 weeks and I will be back in the gym training . Xx but I am gonna wait don’t wanna risk it xxx

Paula im having 400cc unders i was wanting to start training then too but doubt that will happen for me ? what cc you having? X
8-10 weeks! I would lose my mind haha I’ve read some girls start doing lower body work after 4 weeks, this no training is going to kill me
Have you got unders or overs Samantha?
I’m really lean that’s why he’s chose unders for me because of rippling or i would of chose overs too aimee

I’m having 400/425cc overs. I’m really scared they’re gonna be too big but never mind. It would kill me not going to the gym for 4 weeks let alone 8-10! Christmas is the worst time too cause I’ll be eating and want to burn it off! I’ve decided for exercise on my lunches at work I’m going to go for walks, at least then it’s day light and I’m getting some form of exercise haha. Can’t wait to get my admission time. Have you had any terms and conditions to sign? E.g anything that says how long MYA cover you for capsular contracture etc? Xx

Yeah mine is 11am, you’re so lucky you got 8 am! Best time! I had such a stressful day today. My PC rang me and said my GP are being very unhelpful and aren’t complying with MYA. I have asthma and my PC said if your GP don’t get back to us to say you’re okay to have surgery then it will be cancelled. So I was in bits! Rang my GP and said get this sorted ASAP or you can pay my £5,000 haha. They weren’t best pleased but luckily I got a call from MYA saying your badgering of the GP paid off because they’ve cleared you for surgery. Relief!!

I’ve cycled and done really really light leg work. Even doing machine leg work has completely taken it out of me think it’s cause the body is still healing. Haven’t done any upper body work and won’t be doing any till around 8 weeks. Lower body and cycling i’d suggest anything that doesn’t shake the boobies xxxx

And i mean really light lol so i am used to lifting super heavy and am struggling with light weights just because i don’t have that upper body support/grip. so if you alrady use light weights do body weight legs and cycle xxx

Thanks for the advice, what week did you start going back? I wouldn’t dream of lifting heavy but can’t do nothing for 6 weeks Xxx
