Anyone outgrown their post op bra?

Hi.
I’m 12 days post op and I’m not sure if I have outgrow my post op bra. I’ve lowered the straps and it’s still hurting. It’s more of an ache and the cup doesn’t cover as much as when I first put it on. Is it normal to go up another cup size a couple of weeks after?

I’m 10 days post op and finally mines become loser and more comfortable! I think it’s quite unusual to outgrow your post op bra but I don’t think it’s bad news! X

I did it was the macom ! I was very swollen but the mya bra is nice & stretchy.

No not a bad thing at all. I’m going to go and try on the DD and see how it feels. Only reason I am asking is because I found this bra so comfy up until a day ago. It’s still really comfy on my scars it’s just my actual boobs that feel worse.

I take my bra off every night for 30 mins while I have a shallow bath and the last two nights they felt so heavy. Does anyone know from experience if this is the dropping and fluffing stage? X

I think I’ve outgrown mine also! It’s a dull ache on the cleave age area for me where it feels like it’s just too tight and pushing down on the boobs! Which is worrying as I wanted to be a D and I’m in a DD at the moment! They don’t look massive though which is good! x

As long as they don’t look and feel bigger than you like your a winner lol off to the shops tomorrow lol

Yes it happens, I think it’s the swelling etc
After another week or so it may fit again.
D&F doesn’t happen until the swelling goes down. Even if you you can’t see the swelling (I couldn’t) I knew I must’ve had it as my macom suddenly became really tight and I couldn’t wear it – had to switch to stretchier bras.
Then after another week or so I went back to it.
