Anyone with a round bulbous nose had it done?? (no hump)

im having a consultation friday but was wondering has anyone got any before and after pic of their nose? mine is basically very round and ball like bulbous, it makes me very depressed and hate talking to people, i am very self concious, also what are the prices like?? i want it thinner and smaller, so has anyone got any pics i can see if they had a nose like mine with no hump removed just the carterlidge? thanks

My nose is exactly how you describe yours to be. Will try and put a picture in the next few days so you can see how awful mine looks!

I had what I described as a bulbous tip and no hump. I’m 2 months post op now x

just had my cast off, very happy. had a very large bulbous nose, droopy tip and thick,oily skin. mr g did an alar base reduction,narrowed bridge and lifted tip. he did an amazing job when dr basim matti said i could only redice slightly otherwise risk getting a polly beak

my tip was MASSIVE i mean im abit polish and italian so it was ever so bulbous naturally!

i was worried not much could be done ive had nose borken to look smaller but even with my cast on its so tiny!

i would say mine was the most bulbous nose possible so i would deffo say go ahead!

I have a big bulbous tip and no hump as well. Went to see Basim Matti and Ian Mackay, found Matti more suitable for my case than Mackay. I haven’t seen any work by Dr G., would really appreciate seeing your before and after photos. I will be sending some friend requests hope you don’t mind and accept them. Tip work requires a lot of skill and dealing with cartilages is not everyone’s cup of tea. So, I would really appreciate your input. Thank you.

hey i had mine done on sun with mr g i didnt have a hump just had it slighty slopped and the tip made smaller, can tell already its so much smaller 🙂 feel free to add me x

My main problem is my tip but I also have a bump, so Dr G is going to reduce and make my tip narrower by an open rhino, I haven’t booked my surgery yet though. Can I ask what people paid if you don’t mind? I was given a quote of 4800 by my PC at first then after consult was told 5450 which is a big increase, I don’t mind paying what ever to have the outcome I want but also don’t want to be ripped off if other people are paying less? x x

yep thats what mine turned out to be too!but i got the surgeon i wanted so i was happy to pay it x

Ah thats good to hear! I was getting worried they had just bumped it up for me ha. Ye I know Dr G is really good, I wouldn’t want to go cheap and then have a bad job or anything its going to be on my face for the rest of my life, needs to be right x x
