Arnica dose?…

Arnica tablets come in 6c 30c and 200c how do i know which to get? I asked the surgeon and he said any it doesnt matter but i want it to matter haha please help girls xx

It’s the 30c arnica tablets, I got mine from boots. It tells you on them what dose to take chick 🙂 xx
