Hey girls so I’m 6 weeks now and was wondering when everyone started to sleep without their sports bra and wear normal ones in the day. I still feel my boobs are freshly done and are still hard. I don’t feel they’d actually mold into a bra if you get me. They’re also still quite tender especially my mipples so was just wondering what everyone else did. X

I always wear my sports bra to bed even when I had my first opp after a year I wouldn’t buy to many bras at the moment as they will still change load I was a 32dd at 8weeks post opp and went to 32e/f at 7months my firemd was happy as she got all my bras that didn’t fit 🙂 x

@clairelh oh really ! Ahh that’s ok, yeah I may just get one and thats it. I’m going on holiday next week so will be living in bikinis but I’m going to still keep my sports bra on at night to be safe! Oh so they’ve gone bigger over time! That’s promising as I was hoping mine went bigger!

Aww thank you so much @annalouisex I’m slowly getting there! I still wish they were a bit bigger in tops etc but apparently they get bigger months after so that’s fine to me. No not been measured yet, think I’m going to go to Boux Avenue this weekend so I’ll let you know how it goes! Think I’ll be a big C but if I’m a D I’ll be super happy 🙂 Hows your healing going? X

I was thinking the same hun, I am 6 weeks on Monday and dying to wear some normal underwear!! I have been wearing a wireless black bra with some tops….and been out without one on a few times….tut tut but mine are still tender and I tried sleeping without one the other night, was absolute agony, definitely sticking to my sports bra at night…..By the way your boobs look great and definitely look bigger than a C!

Mine were quite soft at about 5 weeks post op and then I got my first bra at 6 weeks post op. Still weren’t soft enough at 8 weeks to wear push up or cleavage bras though, they just sat on top of my boobs and looked silly. I usually just wear lacy ones since they’re super comfy xx

I’m nearly 6 months PO and I still wear a sports bra to bed . After my 6 weeks check up I tried to sleep without a bras but it was painful and uncomfortable . Being big busted , 34F I feel more comfortable wearing a sports bra to bed

My surgeon gave me the all clear for underwired bras after my 4 week check. I’m 4 months PO and still wear my sports bra to bed (most of the time). X
