Augmented mastopexy? Anyone want to share their experience?

Hello. Anyone had this procedure done? I’m 9 days post op just wondered if anyone wanted to share experiences if they haven’t already. xx

Hi I’m on day 16 and the pain is really bad it hurts to even walk , I wondering if something is wrong ? X

Have you looked for redness or any major swelling and heat. Ring your nurse if you are really worried.

I feel like they have swelled a lot but there isn’t any heat I’m going to ring first thing . Its so worrying , but they should be starting to feel better by now and not worse , x

Thanks Vicky , I’m just taking paracetamol now not that it’s doing a lot . Will let you know how I get on tomorrow slightly concerning I had my surgery in Birmingham and May have to go back there ! X

If it is any help I did have more pain a couple of weeks in than I’d had at any other point but it was because I was doing far more at that point x

Laura…. I’ve read on a few posts about some girls having a sun burn feeling at about your stage. Would you describe the pain being like that? x

Yes it does feel like that , although it started to feel better and now it’s incredibly painful again , yours look amazing how has the pain been for you ? X

Nipples felt like that and my boobs felt like I’d done a major pole session….

Laura….. From what I’ve read then that sounds quite normal so try not to worry yourself. But still definitely get checked to be certain, but I’m sure as long as you’re feeling well in yourself and no temperature you’ll be fine. I can’t wait to get to that stage….. said no one ever…lol….something to look forward to!!! Hope you’re more reassured. xx

and thanks for the compliment. I’ve managed all day with no pain relief up until about 9pm I gave in to a couple of ibuprofen. The evenings tend to ache a little. x

Hello I’ve been to the clinic today , they said everything looks ok and it is most probably nerve pain , so I feel more reassured now ! Said it will be another 3 weeks before I start to feel better , xx

Ah that’s good news then. I’ve started with back ache now lol. I’m sure there’ll be something different every day until fully recovered. Still, it’s worth every little niggle. x
