Hi, I’m new to this so sorry if this is a stupid question. I have my consultation with the surgeon next week (Dr Mounir) and when I had my initial consultation I told my pc that I wanted to lose weight but it’s not been successful so far. I really want to have my boobs done before Christmas because I’m getting married next year and need to start looking for a dress. Will losing weight after really affect the implants ? Be grateful for all your advice. Thanks x

As far as I know: yes, it will affect breast tissue(thinning) and it can cause sagging. I lost some weight before my ba, as advised by my nurse. X

They say to be at your normal/goal weight before your op x

I will let you know on this one I tried everything and I mean everything I could to loose weight before my boobies and low and behold 2 years later I’m 3/4st lighter they don’t feel like they have sagged to me but I’m booked in to see my surgeon on the 3rd to see what he has to say as I was worried about rippling and other things going wrong! X
