I’ve got my ba in 10 days! It’s starting to sink in now that this is really happening. Has anyone got any advice/tip about what to expect also when will I be able to see my boobs? Will they be all bandaged up or will I still be able to see them?
I’ve also got a 1 year old so any tips on looking after her post op would be appreciated..
I’m returning to work 7 days later as a community carer im really worries about returning to work as I’ve not told them I’m having a operation. Also I’m going from a A cup to between a C and D cup and I’m starting to worry that this is too big so if anyone would be kind to share pictures of similar sizes I’d be greatful! Thanks ????????

Hi x I don’t have kids so cant help with that. I am 7 DPO and have some photos on my profile if you want to add me as a friend. Whether you have strapping etc will depend on your surgeon. I had Mr Traynor and her doesn’t use drains, strapping or breast bands. I was woken up from surgery still groggy and the nurse let me have a peek before helping me to put my bra on. I didn’t feel confident to take the bra off until day 2 and then I needed to freshen up so changed it. As a lot of people have said on here they change a lot. I hated them when I first saw them on day 2 and I think is quite common. They pointed in different directions but now on day 7 they have changed and settled so much already.

I am a nurse and I have taken 2 weeks off. My surgeon told me not to drive for 2 weeks and most insurers don’t cover you for 2 weeks so can you get to work without driving? Also I think at day 7 I qould be able to do desk work but would struggle with turning patients or moving equipment. I had unders which takes a little more recovery. I believe overs can be a little easier what are you having?

I measured a B/C cup at M&S pre op but my surgeon told me I was an A cup. I had 350cc under and I expect to be a dd. This can depend on your height, weight, rib structure etc so not everyone gets the same result from the same implant.

Hey thanks for you reply! I’ve added you as a friend, I’m new to this site. I’m not actually having my ba with mya but I can’t find any other sites where I can talk to other people having ba.
I’m having overs so hoping the recovery is fast! How are you feeling 7 days post op? I will be returning to work on the 9th day after my op, its usually relatively easy work unless it’s a double handed round in which case I could swap shift or just tell whoever I’m working with that I have a bad back. Good point about the driving though as I do about 18 visits in a day to different places and wouldn’t be covered by insurance!

I can’t remember was cc implants we agreed on but I have 320cc in my mind for some reason? I’m barely a A cup and 5’2 so I’m hoping they’ll look as naturally as can be ????????
