BA in 5 days! Anyone else chose size on the day of?!

Not long for me now!!! Very excited. Surprise surprise still not decided on sizes. Was wondering if I’m totally mad to leave it up to the surgeon on the day or if anyone has/is planning to do that! I want a professional opinion on whether 450 or 500 would look better, suit my frame Ect (5 ft 4, 9 stone) comments would be much appreciated!!xx

I chose on the day Hun as I couldn’t decide between 340 & 380!! I completely listened 2 my surgeon & went 4 the 380’s & I’m now 6 weeks PO & so glad I took his advice, defo woodn’t have wanted 2 b smaller!! Just trust ur surgeon, they woodn’t do a size that wood make u look silly xx

Don’t wanna be too big or too small. So difficult, think your right and I should trust the surgeon! xx

I chose when saw surgeon and then the following 7 days debates if I went to big? When I went for surgery he asked if I am still wanted that size, I voices my concerns and asked he’s opinion, he said the biggest and I went with it. Also so glad now, if they were any smaller I’d be disappointed x

Oh jesus yes absolutely. When I woke up I immediately knew id be absolutely gutted with anything smaller. He chose 525 opposed to 460 . When he drew on me and I saw it I was so so so close to buzzing the nurses in to change the decision and if I did id be so gutted. Trust your surgeon 100%

Also, if my partner had of been in the room when he decided he’d of definitely told me to choose the smaller implant. If that had been the case id be arranging a revision asap! I love how mine are now and even wear padded bras at a 32ff always go biggest offered x

Ah thanks hun, you’ve made my mind up, tbh it’s the same with me with my family-they are on at me to go for the smaller, they keep putting doubts in my head about the bigger ones! I’m gonna add you if you don’t mind x

I tryed to get mine upto 700cc but my surgeon had a fit and told me he wouldn’t put his name to it and told me 620 was my largest if I wasn’t happy then the op wouldn’t go ahead looking at it now the 620 where plenty big enough as I struggle to find my bra size. 300 to 400 will give you a nice DD if you start from having little or nothing on a 32 to 34 band width.

Nikki where do you find padded bras in that size. I’ve been looking everywhere xx

Thanks for your comment Lisa,, the 450 and 500 is what his offered me though, I. Just can’t decide between the two! Lol my main concern is that the bigger implant Will be too big on me but at the same time don’t want to chose smaller and be dissapointed! x

If go with the 500 as 50 cc is near to nothing really if your 450 gave you an E the extra 50 cc will either make it a fuller E or a small F it all depends on your breast size pre op and the shape of your breast bone/ chest every woman’s is different hence 2 lady’s both have same pre op both have 300 cc but one ends up a C the other a D it had a lot to do with your chest that’s why your surgeon measures you an advises you what will look right on your frame if he has sujested those sizes if go with the bigger one but it’s your choice and no one else’s a lot of girls always say I wished I have gone bigger and spend more having a redo so think about what you want to do before makin the decision your surgeon won’t mind you needing more time to decide

To be honest the fact I’ve seen girls on here say that they measure bigger than they look has made me want to go for the bigger!
I’m only 5,4 and 9 stone tho, which is my concern. Tbh I think it’s just friends and family putting me off by saying the 500 wound make me look too too heavy! x

You’ll look fine. I’m measuring anywhere from a 32E to 30G depending on the shop and although I wouldn’t mind mine looking a bit bigger I do wonder where I would find bras to fit xx

A 30 e is the same size breast as a 40 a the bigger the band the bigger the cup so my 28h is no where near as big as Lindsey dawn makendsey as she is a 34 h and in sainley massive

I chose the biggest I was offered. It does sound big but only measure that big in the cup because I have a small back xx

Ha ha everyone says go with the biggest…I went with the smallest offered, was told I’d be safe with both choices, and I still got rippling. Only had 310s when I went back I was told to get rid of rippling I’d need a smaller implant…Aaah you just never know how your body will be til they are in!

It’s true! I’ve not long come home from highgate, was quite a painful experience for me but hopefully it will be worth it!
Can’t see anything atm cause of strapping but I went for the biggest in the end! X

We have the same stats Kayleigh but unfortunately haven’t had surgery yet. I’d defo go for the biggest offered, I see girls on here daily advising to always take the biggest, x

Thanks jay! I had my opp this morning and went for the biggest. Very glad I did even though I can’t see them properly yet, I can tell they are a good size for me! xx
