Back ache and boob trumps

So my boobs aren’t as sore today I’m 2 days post op but I have terrible back ache!! Anything I can do for it? Also if I move my arms sometimes my boobs make a funny noise like their trumping is this normal? X

Its totally normal. I’ve been on this forum since October and have seen many posts about strange boob noises xx

Haha mine were doing that lots when I was 2 dad p/o settled down abit by 4 days p/o but still gurgling time to time. I’m the same I’m in agony with my bum and back!! Think it’s off sitting all the time it’s worse than boobs haha xx

Put a small pillow at the base of your spine when u sleep Hun I’m 7 days post op and this morning I woke up on my side!!! :0 couldn’t believe it lol!!

Iv been wedging pillows behind my back and slightly Been on my side I do suffer with me back it’s just this sleeping on it all night that’s making it ache lol xx

the noises is just air and stuff in the boob hun, it’ll settle down in time 🙂
as for the back ache i’m sorry to hear you have it, have you been led down a lot? usually it’s just your back getting stiff from either the length of time you’re sat/led down in or the position you sleep in, i have a curved spine so am used to back ache but i find propping some form of pillow or rolled up towel near the base of your spine will ease the ache xx

Yeah I think it’s from laying and sitting a lot more than usual. My left breast hurts more than my right is this ok? X

it should be okay hun, usually one side will ache more as it just depends how much they have to “push” to get the implant in and how well it settles to you, if it worries you though then call a nurse and she can talk it through with you 🙂 xx
