Hey girls just wondering what everyone does I’m 9 days post op is everyone sleeping in there sports bra for the duration of 6 weeks or are you sleeping without wearing your sports bra? I’m not to sure what I should be doing? Xxx
Make sure you sleep in your sports bra. I spoke to my surgeon this week and he said that a girl went topless at 3 weeks post op and her implant moved, it can easly be fixed but it’s painful. You have to wear your sports bra day and night for 6 weeks. Hope this helps. Xx
Thanks hun I thought so I just wasn’t to sure incase it was wrong sleeping in sports bra, how’s the healing going? How are you feeling in any pain at all? Xxx
On the subject of sleeping… 🙂
I am 8 days post op, how long did it take to sleep on your side properly again or on your front?
I really miss sleeping on my side & belly! Hate sleeping like a plank ha x
Hey hun I’m 12 days post op and already sleeping on my side comfortably I can only sleep in my left side as right a bit sore but I just put a cushion there to! I hate sleeping on my back couldn’t get used to it first of all xx
Hi Lyndsey, yeah I’m doing great, I’ve had no pain and I’ve started lifting my little boy today. I was wondering the same thing about the sleeping, think I might try sleeping on my side tonight. X
It’s generally recommended that once you have implants you always sleep in a sports bra, I’m a year and a half out since my first BA and a few months out of my second and I’d never sleep without them supported, it helps to stop sagging and the implants shifting.
