I saw Dr Kazzazi and he has suggested 450cc unders to take me from a B to a DD. The thing is I’ve heard a lot more negative things about unders – increased pain and recovery time, the double bubble effect etc. Is there anyone out there that’s had unders that would recommend it?

    Hi lovely

I had unders but i dont know if its better or not to have them because ive not had anything else. You way you have to look at it i think is that your surgeon is doin what will suit your body best. Everyone is different therefore results, pain ect will differ.. I was suggested for unders because i had hardly any breast tissue and there would be less risk of rippling.

I wouldnt worry too much about it hun just trust your surgeon.. They want to give you the best possible results and they know how best to achieve that 🙂 xx

I’m not sure about unders or overs, either. I read something about unders being more natural because the implant is more disguised and you can’t feel the outline of it. But then, I read something else that said overs are more natural because they can move freely and aren’t stuck to your chest wall!

iv got unders and it has been a painful recovery but I’m glad I got unders. there’s pros and cons to both. iv seen girls on here that have overs and wished they had unders and girls who have unders wished they have overs. everyone’s different but listen to ur surgeon n he will recommend what’s best for u xx

Yeah, its just hard to decide I suppose. Dr Kazzazi is a man of very few words and I’ve been told to trust him so I did.. but then I found out about this dread double bubble thing and freaked myself out totally!! x

Hi. I was told by a nurse at a different company that if I went for unders I would probably have the double bubble thing!! The whole unders or overs thing is my one sticking point. I want to hear all the pro’s and cons to make an informed decision and will listen to Mr Traynors opinion too when I see him on Thursday x

Im having unders with Kazzazi, i was never warned of the ‘double bubble’ and im only a small B. i know that unders are more natural but i dont want my boobs to look a funny shape every time i open a door ect!! x

I had unders and tbh I had little to no pain from day 1, I was more stiff than anything but only for a few days.

Hi Lisa, could you please post on here what you find out from your surgeon? I’d love to know. Got my first consultation on Wednesday with PC so I will bring it up then, not sure if they really discuss that at the initial one, though.

Hi Lily, yeah I will post when I get home on Thursday. When I met my PC last week and told her my concerns she said to discuss it with the surgeon so I’ve got a list of questions ready lol x

I think it’s just because when I went into the consultation I assumed I’d be having overs under general anaesthetic, but Kazzazi suggested unders with local anaesthetic, so I’ve had to do a lot more research. And more internet research just equals reading more horror stories!

Hey @Abbee I’m having my kazazzi too and having 410 cc unders, don’t panic he will only offer you what’s best for your body and I’m trusting him 100% on it 🙂 i’m also having local anaesthetic too xx

There are pros and cons to both really. I had partials. Ino with overs you have an increased risk of rippling which is more likely to happen than double bubble. I can’t compare my pain to any other bit I wouldn’t say I was in a huge amount of pain x

I love unders. As with overs I was told IDE be coming back n few years for anther uplift but not everyone can have under and it’s the same with overs to I know a few girls that have gone from over to under n the end but everyone is different and both look fab x

Abbee, I had unders. For me it wasn’t painful, but people have a different perception of pain. I was able to keep my arms up from the first day. I didn’t had another option anyway because of lack of tissue.

Yeah, I’m going to do whatever Dr Kazzazi says at the end of the day, I just hadnt researched it as thoroughly – then when I did I’ve found girls with double bubble which scares me to death! This is such a huge thing for me I dont think I could bear it to go wrong!
