Hi Katie, the macom was the most comfy bra I had after surgury and it goes on back sizes so they will fit. I had a shock absorber in a 34dd the size I thought I would be but it was too small x

ask your PC or surgeon – they will be able to give you a good estimate on size if you want to buy any other sports bras other than macom before your op x

Hey huni I had uplift and implants had a debenhams shock absorber. Sports bra and a Macon. My surgeon af my op ask me wot I had so I told him wot I had and he took them both of the side and tossed Macon in to my bag and told me it was no good for the few weeks he told me the sports bra was good and strong and had loads of support and was snap back so that means no matter how much the bra is stretched it goes bk to its normal shape I was told to buy dd and my breast turn out to be 32g but the bra was that good it had lot of give n it and held me up in place and don’t move an inch even when I lay on my sides and bent over x

Was it the marks and spencer zip up front sports bra you had ayesha?

I think the marks and spencers sports bras look good and cheaper than macom. But wouldnt have a clue what size to buy. I am currently AA/A and having 325cc unders.

I bought a 34C sports bra from primark for £2 the other day.

I bought a macom bra and hated it. It looked horrid, felt horrid and gave me under arm buldge. So I then went and bought a m&s zip up one and was going to send the macom one back but I forgot. Had an uplift.. no implants and once my strapping came off the m&s one didn’t fit And I had to wear the macom one. It’s really comfy now and I’m sooooo glad I didn’t send it back or I would of been in trouble. Bearing in mind I tried both on before my op and they both fitted. .. an uplift makes you a bit smaller too so they should of both been to big but with my swelling it was the macom that came out on top.

I have had it on for two weeks solid now (been washed twice) and its really comfy. My m&s one still doesn’t fit.

I had drains, they weren’t too bad just bit of nuisance going to toilet. Little bit of pain on one side having them removed but fine apart from that x
