Hey ladies, just wondered if anyone has any review of MYA’s new surgery bras as opposed to the MACOM’s? From my appointment today I tried on the new mya bras with the implants – which looked fab but would love to have some first hand reviews.

Hi Amy 🙂 i’m just over 2 weeks post op and i’d recommend the Macom bras particularly for straight after surgery. I like how they are tight and keep your boobs safely squeezed in and sitting in the perfect place. Plus, sizing is perfect as you only need to buy the band size and the cups will adjust to your boob size which is especially good withe swelling. I’ve worn mine 24/7 since surgery, especially that first week I was too scared to ever take it off except for changing into a clean one lol. So it’s nice knowing you have a perfectly fitting bra while you heal. And I found the band sits nice and low so doesn’t bother your incisions. Some girls have said it has been really uncomfortable for them unfortunately, but honestly it’s been okay for me 🙂 and when going back to work it really holds them in and makes your implants much less obvious in clothes.

Hope this helps 🙂 sorry for the long message. I think my only worry with their new MYA bras is if they haven’t really been tested yet if they have literally just been released. I’m sure they’ll be good though! Maybe get one of those and a Macom since you’ll need at least 2 so you can swap over as you wash the other xx

Thanks Maddy! The MYA ones come as a pack of 2 for £59.99 but as I’ve yet to hear any reviews I’m a bit sceptical. I haven’t seen a MACOM in first person but in comparison from the mya bra today they look a lot more supportive so unsure on what to buy. Mya aren’t going to put their name on a bra they don’t think will be good for recovery but then they are going to want to push you towards their product instead of the macom! Thank you for your comment xx
