Best post surgery bra

Hi girls,

I have my op booked on 6th Jan with Traynor – 3 weeks today!!

Can anyone recommend what bras to wear for the first couple of weeks after the op?

Some people swear by the Macom bras but some have said that other sports bras are just as good.

I’ve just bought a black and red front zip sports bra from asda! £6
And it’s doing me just fine my advice is get a one with a bigger back size and I had a one same back size and it squished my boobs a little so I had to go get a different one. But why pull out loads when asdas does exactly the same job,
I had Gary traynor yesterday he’s so lovely and it was over before you know it if you want to have a look on my profile I’ve put a couple of pictures on xx

@raine92 I have got a Macon which I wear when going out the house because I think that it’s the least obvious and I wear that to bed. Then I switch between the Asda one and a high impact zip front from M&S which is sooo comfy xx

I don’t think I’d have been able to do anything without my Macom I wore it religiously for the 6 weeks and washed it every other night and wore a asda one while it washed and dried but I hated them they didn’t give me enough support x

I have a zip up asda one and a macom one but i found the asda one really uncomfortable and didn’t feel like i had as much support as my macom. I’ve bought another macom signature one i think their called – i can’t recommend them enough, i’m obsessed never take it off! Hope that helps Kelly xxx

hi izzie , i’ve heard that macom was more supportive , really helped some of the girls I know that have had surgery, I was think of getting one I seen so many good reviews , where can I get the macom bras from?as im not yet a mya patient lol just doing some research 🙂 x

Hi Nashie I got my macom from their website, just google it macom-medical.com i think? I rang them up because there was a couple of options so I didn’t know which one to get but a really nice girl gave me loads of asdvise so call them! they are 02073510488 xxx
