Big implants instead of uplift

Hi I’ve just had my BA on Sunday. I was a 34 d (saggy after having children) and didn’t want an uplift so my surgeon recommended 560cc tsx overs. I said I didn’t mind what size I end up as long as they are full and round at the top (I like the fake look)….I have no idea what they look like as bandages not coming off till Monday but just wanted to know if anyone else has opted for a large implant instead of uplift? I hope I’m not going to end up with the same shape boobs just bigger!

Hey Kelly! Using a larger implant to avoid a lift can be sucessfull, however, you do out yourself at high risk of *double bubble* where the tissue and/or skin sags below the implant and get what looks pretty much like a double chin on your breasts. Also, if you are borderline for a lift now you WILL need a lift sometime in the near future given the weight of the big implant will sag them furtther, often you are better off to do it all in one go rather than risk DB or need a lift 2 years down the road.

Could I have a look at your pics pls if u don’t mind? Chloe to be completely honest it’s not been easy with the kids my other half has had to do in to work late to do the school runs mad he’s doing everything at home as it’s just too uncomfortable for me to move around a lot. Make sure you have plenty of help!! Kaydee he did say I would defo need a lift in the next few years but I just couldn’t afford it right now!! I’m hoping that with a good bra and lots of looking after they will last me a good few years x

By the way Chloe good luck for tomorrow and what does sub facials mean? Lol

@Chloe in regards to looking after children it isnt easy but i had my two on my own from day 2 and when u have to do something u have no choice but to get on with it and my recovery was quite bad i could hardly stretch at all and struggled to walk about but after a week i felt alot more like me and alot more able i had unders which is generally more recovery tym aswell x

@Kelly sub facials is basically another term for partials x

Oh ok I had mine over the muscle if that helps…and I totally agree about the children it’s very hard but if you have to do it you have no choice but to be strong and get through it! I feel really helpless at the moment and useless to my children and it gets you down but my friend has 2 kids and had no help atall so couldn’t rest as much as she needed to. My partner will make me pay when I’m better no doubt about that!! Lol
