Bloated?

Is anyone else after op bloated? I really feel like I can’t eat anything else but I know I need to lol. Is this normal? xx

I think most people feel really bloated after the Op.. especially with all the painkillers. I couldn’t eat properly for days, just had small meals like cereal and toast to take my painkillers with. I bought some Movicol sachets and settlers and eventually they evened me out. Other people drink green tea or prune juice. Senokot is also recommended but I found Movicol was really good 🙂 Hope you feel better soon! xx

Yeah I’m the same, I’ve brought some Senakot and I drink loads of green tea anyway. Xx
