    Taken laxatives that haven’t worked yet. My stomach will be over taking my boobs if it carries on. Stopped taking the codeine and taking paracetamol and ibrobufen instead. Might be an accuse to have a can of bitter tonight!!!!

    Aww hun its so horrible isnt it, its just the antibiotics! I had wind-ese and that really helped my bloating but also just drink loads of orange juice and eat weetabix 🙂 xx

    I suffer this too. Try some peppermint tea and lactulose. The lactulose will help keep everything soft and the peppermint will help with trapped wind. Drink loads of water too. Foods like celery, pears, pineapple & apples nuts and seeds will also help get things shifting. Good luck. x

    Thank you. I normally take green tea tablets but haven’t for a week so wonder if that’s not helping. Will start them again. Thanks

    I keep telling everyone this and they come back to me amazed. .. buy californian prune juice (don’t buy the cheap stuff)

    One small glass full.. wait a few hours and if nothing happens then take another small glass full.. if nothing happens then wait till the next day and have a glass with your breakfast.. then come on here and thank me 🙂 then have a glass a day

    Thanks Sian, the laxative tablets have kicked in tonight after 3 tablets. its the codeine tablets that has done it. Stopping them.

    Well buy some prune juice anyway tomorrow and start taking it. It will help and its natural 🙂
