BOOB SPOTS

Hi all,

Is anyone else getting spots all over their boobs?
I’ve noticed more & more everyday. I’m 2wpo now and so still in my sports bra 24/7 so maybe the lack of air is causing this???

Is there anything I can to help this happening?

It might be because of sweat and no air or little allergy. Try to drink some calcium mixed with water if doesn’t helps contact your nurse / doctor

I got these, they’re starting to go down now. I’m 5WPO x

I’ve got the same Hun 🙁 I’m 3 weeks post op. Might go m&s check my size and get one of there sports bras x

And the nurse also told me it’s common aswell because your body is still getting used to the implants so it’s trying to fight them

I got this! It was from my skin sweating underneath my strapping whilst I wasn’t able to shower! I used coconut oil and they went down so quickly! xx

@danniilk Sorry Hun I only just saw your message, thank you.

My spots seem to be getting worse so will try coconut oil – silly question but what is it? Is it like a moisturiser? Wherr can I get it? I’ll try anything now lol. Xx
