Ok so its my partners bday on 25th feb which makes it basically 1 month PO. An we are going out .. like partying.
Have any of you girls got any advice at that point on what I can an cannot wear,
I still have the breast band on, an I wear macom at night an sports bra during the day, should I find something tight or loose… I don’t fancy wearing a sports bra under my dress, one itl look stupid and too.. I just want to feel confident without one on.

But at the same time worried leaving them lose for few hours may change the result in them?

    xxo

Not wearing a bra can damaged your results so I personally wouldn’t. Buy a non wired bra to wear instead of a sports bra but don’t go braless. X

i would go for non wired bra and wear something loose..if you wear something tight your gonna be thinking about them and wondering what other people will be thinking about them and it’s early days so not the final result so your gonna be conscious we’ll this is how i would feel if i was on a big night out whilst still healing just wear something loose so you can forgot about them for afew hours and enjoy yourself x x x

I think I’d wear non wired bra and something that shows them off – could you wear a body suit with v neck and s skirt n boots? Or a wrap dress? X

M&S do a good non-wired bra with cross over straps. I wore that to a wedding after around 5weeks, very comfortable but felt like good support. Just go and try a few sizes on and go what you’re comfy with.

that bra looks comfy i will have to check those out! you will have to post a pic beckie of their first night out!! 🙂
i’m just wearing loose clothes all the time as feel really paranoid especially when one of my friends said it don’t look like i’ve had anything done!! but she’s right with the macon and breast band on my boobs look smaller than my old padded bras so feel self conscious at the minute and after the op that was the last thing i thought i’d feel x x
