Bottoming out? Worried

Hey girls, what do you think? Could this be bottoming out in my left breast(right in picture). I am still only just over 5 week po but just a little worried now. Any Advice?

Hi I don’t think you have anything to worry about if you have bottoming out you scars rise up ur boob about and inch or 2 mine aren’t exactly in the crease xx

Just looks like ones dropped and fluffed before the other one x
