Bra is tight when can I stop wearing them

I’m 5 days post op and my bra makes me in pain, my left boob has a real sharp pain I think it’s a nerve maybe.. anyway when I take my bra off t feels amazing! Can I swap to a bigger sports bra so it’s more comfy? Also have major trapped wind I’m in so much pain 🙁

Hi babe, I was like this with my MaCom and had to stop wearing it, I bought a sports bra from m&s and got a larger back size and that helped me so much! Xx

Hi Hun, I was the exact same as Shaunie my Macom was putting me in soooo much pain and it was literally crushing my back as well it was far too tight. I’m wearing m and s also and do find it comfier it’s still quite tight tho and I’ve even gone up in back size but it is deffo comfier than my Macom x

I’m wearing an m&s sports bra, went up a back size and it’s comfy xx
