    Hey all,
I haven’t posted for a few days as thought I’d just sit back & let things settle rather than keep analysing my every boob movement.

I’m now 12dpo and have been completely off pain killers for the past two days (finally!), I thought the pains would never ease up. I’m not out of pain but it’s bareable. I’ve had my one week check up with the nurse & been told all is healing well & I can now sleep flat!!! Was gobsmacked at this as most seem to have been told to sleep flat for two to six weeks. I’m still sleeping with 3 pillows though and will do for another week just to be safe.

My main pain at the moment seems to be the irritation of the body band on the sports bras, not supprising as I have it on 24/7 but had a look today & can see the band sits right across my insidious so no wonder I’m so sore (see attached). I also seem to have actual bruising from the constant bra wearing too.
Does anyone else suffer with this, if so what do you do to help the discomfort?

Secondly I know it’s only 12 days but nothing seems to have changed, my left boob is still bigger than the other, & my right is flat underneath?! I was a 32b pre op & now wearing a D sports bra but it’s a little baggy in spots!!! 🙁 I didn’t want massive boobs as I’m so small, but from being a B cup & having 300cc partials I thought I’d be at least a double D rather than what looks & feels like a C.

I could literally cry as after spending 5k, in clothes so far I look no different than what I did wearing a basic uplift bra. Again I know it’s early stages but in 12 days there’s been no swelling, no shrinking, no change at all. Is this the end result??? If so I think I’ll be absolutely mortified 🙁

    Xx

Your boobs look fab, sorry you’re feeling a bit down.
Did you bother with a macom?
Hopefully they’ll fluff out for you as I read so many other people talking about it.
    I’m booked for 27th April and getting a little nervous…! X

Hey Hun, I think your boobs look amazing and it’s such early days xxxx I felt the same bruising with my bra (M&S high impact sports bra) so went and got a 36 back rather then my usual 34 and it’s loads more comfortable. Couldn’t take my others back to change them so at night I actually zip up the front but so that the bottom of the zip isn’t slotted in… it leaves the band really baggy but holds my boobs in. Will try adding a pic! Not ideal but when you body is in something 24/7 and you constantly have marks I think it needs to have a break! I also leave bra off completely for an hour or 2 each evening, but I only had 275cc so maybe this isn’t good for larger implants. I’ve not been in any pain at all and healing well I think so it works for me. Hope you feel more positive Hun, they are looking so good ???? xxxxx

Don’t forget that partials take longer for the dropping and fluffing, and it’s so early on, I just took another look at your before and after pics, honestly they look amazing @goldielox please don’t get downhearted, it’s an emotional time as it is after surgery so hang in there, time will go quickly and you’ll be shopping in no time and feeling fab ???? With you all the way Hun xx

    Thanks Louise & Kirsty,
It’s hard to say I like them right now, they just look very averagely small & not much bigger but I guess they are they just don’t look it. I’m praying they’ll fluff or drop or something soon!
Hope your both doing well with yours & all is settling well too. Xx

    Thanks Zoe,

I know it’s early days & im really trying not to be that sad about it, it’s just a lot of money to not look much different. Your right when I look st before & after pics I can see how small I was before, but in my clothes I look no different & for 5k I Do want to look at least slightly bigger. Maybe the sports bras aren’t helping, looks like I’ll still have to wear uplift bras for them to look any different?! Aghhhhh!!!

With you all the way too Hun xxx

    Hi Goldie
Your boobs look amazing, perfect shape, especially when its only been 12 days. Do you think they look bigger on photos than when you look down on them. I am always surprised how difeerent my boobs look when i see them on a photo.
and of course a sports bra is so tight and restrictive it deffo alters the shape, squashes down the boobies! once you can start wearing a better fitted bra you will have a fantastic shape in your clothes, please dont worry because you look great xx

I bought the Mya bras aswell as have had the exact same issue, if I move the elastic from the band rolls up and digs in to my incisions.. what a waste of £60! Definitely try and marks and Spencer’s post surgery bras I bought then yesterday and they’re really good! Btw your boobs are looking amazing!!xxx

    Hi Shantelle,
Thank you, they don’t feel great, it’s the size I’m disappointed in so far. Wish I’d known I could have gone bigger at the time but nothing was even mentioned about it.
450cc should look amazing, wish I was given options to choose from. Good luck on the 26th hun. Xx

    Hi Becki,

Thank you, feeling far from amazing though 🙁 I’m not so worried about the difference in them as I know it’s early days and hopefully they will even out, but it’s jus the size in general. Yes pictures make them look bigger than they are somehow, if you look on my profile pics the one week pic made them look huge, maybe there was a bit of swelling, but when I put normal clothes back on now I literally still look no different and just as flat. I could cry. All that money. No one ever discussed any other sizes he just suggested that and asked am ai happy, I didn’t know I was aloud to make my own suggestions to be bigger so just went with his recommendation. My fault I guess. Xx

    Hi Casey,
Yes they were a waste of money, you can’t even do them up yourselves as the clasps are at the back (impossible to do after surgery)! I have the M&S high impact ones too, and although they are really comfy the band still sits right accrss my insisions so it’s making them so sore. Not expecting miracles over night but wanted to look at least a bit bigger than I was before and in clothes but I look the same! Gutted 🙁 Xx

This mirrors how I feel at moment ! I’m 17dpo and I am worried 2
They seem like they r shrinking and I also don’t look any different in my clothes I swear nobody would know if I didn’t tell them and I was told what sizes I could have and went for the biggest 400 cc my surgeon said “I’d like to hope you don’t want bigger than that” which made me think well he knows best! But looking at other girls profiles I think maybe I should have gone bigger as ppl on here with similar stats to me have 450s or more, I’m preying they get bigger as like you said 5 grand is a lot for them not to b what u want & not to mention what we have to go thru after having them done! I’m hoping for both of us for this drop n fluff thing x x x

    Hey @angiepants,
God me too. I wish I’d gone even to 350 let alone 400 so yours will hopefully look great. I literally look no different in clothes just look like I’ve got the same padded bra on. I said to my PC I didn’t wanna go big just in proportion to my body without a bra on, & that’s basically what I’ve got, but like you say after all this pain & money I want to look like I’ve got boobs not just look the same.

Feeling gutted & I know I’m jumping the gun but I’m guessing even with a bit of drop & fluff I know I’m not gonna look any different with clothes on, so already thinking about having them done again!!!!!!!!!!! 🙁 Xx

See I think yours look bigger than mine but your probably a lot thinner than me and a smaller frame so they look bigger, I think yours look really good, great size and perfect shape but it’s what you see isn’t it? Mind you some peoples I’ve seen on here do end up a lot bigger looking in time so maybe we need to be more patient & see what happens with time( I’m the most impatient person in the world ) haha! X x

Also @goldielox I realised that I wore my tops quite big /verging on oversized to compensate for my lack of boobs, and never wore anything remotely tight fitting on top. So now when I wear my tops, I don’t look any different either, like you say, because they look the same as when I wore a padded bra for example! But no padded bra in sight now Hun xxx and I guarantee you in a few more weeks you will see how much bigger you are, especially in your sports vests etc, I can’t wait to compare before/after pics honestly yours look amazing xx
