Bra ( tight or loose)

Dose you sports bra have to be tight or loose? Nurse put my Macom on yesterday and put it on right, but I’m in so much pain and feels very tight. I’ve been and brought the pink and black asda one and that’s a big loose how right or loose is it ment to be, 1 day post op xxx

I think it’s meant to be not too loose and not too right, like cradle and support them but not squish them lol x

Yeah is it’s loose won’t be no good cos they need the support, give the macom a chance, my m&s bra felt like that and I bought another, when I put it back on to wash other it was then so comfortable and ain’t took it off since lol

It needs to be snug to stop swelling and support. I kept my macom on for 6wks solid. The pain from the swelling and tightness made me cry but I persevered.

Needs to be tight the nurse said to me Natasha.

Mines is tight but I have woke up this morning thinking I need to go up band size as it is digging in and uncomfy, anyone else had to go up? X

I’ve had my Macom on and she put it on the toughest fassening, last night I went and brought the asda pink and black one 36e, wasn’t tight and not loose, I slept in that and managed 9 hours lol. I’ve put my Macom back on today but I’ve just put it on the loose fassening and feels like I can breath again lol xx

Yer i have loosened my macom a bit this morning as felt i cudnt breathe.

Did you go up one from your usual band size when you bought your macom as looking to order one but want to make sure I get the right one as thought my advisor said to but don’t want it being too loose? x

I didn’t go up on the band size on my macom and surprisingly it fits perfect, I’ve heard people saying the macom has generous sizing so that’s why I stuck with my original band size 🙂 x

Yeah Claire I just got my normal size 36 and mines fine too, I was told if u went for other makes then u go up a extra size on the band for the swelling xxx

I stuck to my original band size in the macom.

Im feeling good Natasha. Managed to cook dinner. Cant wait till my mam comes on sat and does few jobs round house and washes my hair for me.

I know Hun, I made my self toasted t cakes this morning that’s all I’ve done today haha. My hair needs a good wash going to ask mam to come over early tomorrow and ask her to wash mine. Hubby’s been brushing it and tieing it bk for me lol xx

Mines a mess. I managed to straighten it before I left hosp yesterday but havemt dun anything with it today.

Hahaah I’ve had a right carry on with hair. I had a lovley red on, decided I wanted to go bk brown with my blond high lights in, so I striped it and then put a brown on, well it’s now multi coloured my roots are brown, then ginger, the red brown lol. But it burnt my head so my scalp is recovering so hoping to get an other colour on it at the weekend, hence why I’ve just been flinging it bk in a pony lol xx
