Breast implant strap

I’ve seen quite a few of Fiumara’s girls with these after surgery, of you need one do they give it to you or do you have to go buy one in advance?

Also, how the heck am I meant to know what size post op bra to buy before the op?

I had doctor Fiumara and she gave it to me after the op so no need to get one in advance. I went up 2 sizes on the cup and one on the back based on her recommendation. I was a 34B so I bought a 36D bra 🙂

I got the mya bras there sold in s m l, then after I went and got an m and s bra x

I’ve just had 2 macom bras in the post from macom medical. They’re very expensive but so soft and light and stretch. Also you fasten them at the front so no stretching behind. You are advised to order a macom in the next back size up from your current bra size. So if you’re a 32 you would order a 34 and this would be the medium. The cups stretch, there are no cup sizes. I would recommend the macom as the fit is perfect.
